Role Overview

DevOps Engineer (L3) to work closely with application teams, developers, and operations to improve collaboration, automation, and efficiency across the software delivery lifecycle. This role will focus on implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and ensuring stable and secure application environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support the full application lifecycle (planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring).
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure required for supported applications.
• Onboard applications onto DevOps tools and configure them as per project needs.
• Create user access workflows and manage access provisioning.
• Customize DevOps tools based on client or project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate code with infrastructure and production systems.
• Implement automation for testing and deployments in a DevOps environment.
• Provide user support for DevOps tools, ensuring timely ticket resolution within defined SLAs/TATs.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and follow escalation processes when needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with effective problem resolution.

Performance Expectations

• Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring: Achieve 100% error-free onboarding and implementation.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve issues within TAT, ensure zero escalation, and maintain smooth platform support.
